Payment plans are available for animals priced $350 or more.

Terms:

• A minimum 20% non‑refundable deposit is required to start a payment plan.
• The balance must be paid in full within 60 days.
• All payments made toward an incomplete payment plan are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive, healthy, and correctly sexed.

To maintain this guarantee:

• Any issues must be reported immediately upon delivery.
• Customers must be present for the first delivery attempt.
• All recommended care and husbandry guidelines must be followed.

7‑Day Health Guarantee:
Covers illnesses not caused by improper husbandry, injury, or environmental conditions after arrival.

We ship live animals via FedEx Priority Overnight, Monday through Thursday.

Shipping Requirements:

• Contiguous U.S. only unless other arrangements are made.
• An adult must be present to receive the package.
• Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require shipment to be postponed for the safety of the animal.

International Orders (if applicable):

• Animals are shipped only after the full balance has been paid.

Returns and exchanges are handled case‑by‑case and are granted solely at the discretion of Boaconstrictor.com.

If a return is approved:

• A prepaid return label will be provided.
• The animal must be shipped back safely and securely.
• An exchange or store credit will be issued once the animal arrives back in good health.

All payment disputes must be addressed directly with Boaconstrictor.com.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorized chargeback will result in:

• Immediate cancellation of the order
• Permanent loss of purchasing privileges
• Recovery of the full price of the animal, shipping costs, and all chargeback‑related fees
• Possible legal action to recover damages
